Following the well-received first release FLEX001 compilation out this April, Early Reflex imprint introduces sound artist AURA debuting on the label with a hypnotic slow-paced twisted techno 3-tracker titled Salt.

AURA is the moniker of Australian producer and deejay Daniel Curtis, whose musical journey began after moving to Sydney, two years ago. Curtis explores uncharted club music territories proposing an addictive formula characterised by pulsating beats and atmospheric effects, which resonate throughout meticulously carved sonic spaces.

Beginning with the enthralling title track ‘Salt’, AURA takes the listeners into a crepuscular landscape of surrounding noises, howling sounds and reverberated snares. ‘Wet Brain’ prolongs the auditory journey into AURA’s twilight world where a huge bass and angelical pads emerge while juggling against an incessant rhythmic pattern. Closing the EP ‘Know2’ is a syncopated beat dance track where Curtis, with a savvy use of drum breaks, changes the BPM, while retaining his original style.

Salt is available on all platforms from Thursday 2nd of July 2020.
